Affectionately known as “The Mindful Cricketer”, I help athletes and high-performing individuals build genuine confidence, sharpen their focus, and perform at a level they didn’t think they had access to.
I was trained under Stuart Walter, the “secret weapon” behind 48 World and Olympic champions, as well as CEOs, elite performers, and high-level athletes across multiple sports. His influence shaped how I work today: simple, direct, and focused on results.
My approach blends over a decade of experience in physiotherapy, hypnosis, breathwork, mindset coaching, and provides practical tools you can actually use under pressure.
