About Me

I'm Brian Sanders, founder of Paragon Physio & Performance, and I believe that real healing is possible.
For over a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of movement, mindset, and the nervous system. What began as a career in physiotherapy expanded into a deeper mission when I realized that for many people, pain isn't just physical, it's layered. Emotional. Neurological. And often, misunderstood.
That’s why I built Paragon on three pillars:
Physical Health. Mental Clarity. Nervous System Regulation.
Because without all three, recovery is often short-lived.
Alongside my physio background, I’m trained in strength & conditioninghypnotherapy, breathwork and mindset coaching - not just to treat symptoms, but to help people rewrite the stories behind them.
